Mary and Brian celebrated their wedding at Galway Bay Hotel on a beautiful July day, surrounded by family and friends. Mary and Brian exchanged their vows in their local church in Kilbannon, Tuam, on a beautiful sunny July day. The warm weather was matched by an atmosphere filled with love, excitement, and laughter.
Brian chose all his nephews as page boys, and they looked very smart in their suits as they proudly carried out their special roles. Each brought a meaningful item to the aisle, adding a lovely personal touch to the ceremony. Meanwhile, Mary kept everyone smiling by exercising her bride’s right to be fashionably late.
Sealing Their Love
As Mary walked up the aisle with her father, there was hardly a dry eye in the church. The ceremony was heartfelt and beautifully personal, with Mary and Brian exchanging their vows in front of family and friends. After greeting their guests, we quickly gathered everyone for the important family photographs before beginning the journey to Salthill.
Wedding Portraits Beside Galway Bay
We arrived in Salthill with plenty of time for Mary and Brian’s portraits. The beautiful Memorial Garden beside Galway Bay Hotel provided a peaceful setting, with mature greenery and views across the water creating an elegant backdrop.
We then crossed to Salthill Prom and made our way down to the beach. Sunlight glistened across Galway Bay, with the hills of Clare visible in the distance, giving Mary and Brian a wonderful variety of natural seaside wedding photographs.

While walking along the beach, we came across a lifeguard rescue board and used it for a few fun, lighthearted portraits that perfectly captured Mary and Brian’s personalities. Moments like these help couples relax and allow their photographs to feel natural and personal.
